Banana and Egg Pancakes

Serving size – 1 banana 2 eggs serves 3 pancakes.

1 banana

2 eggs



  • Blend the banana and 2 eggs in a blender.
  • Pour onto a warm saucepan.
  • Serve with diced strawberries and a squirt of honey.


  • Cook these on a lower heat as they take time to cook and won’t be able to flip as quick as the processed mixture.
  • Try adding some protein powder in the blend and some almond mix if required to smooth mix out.
  • If you want, you can add the honey in the blender instead of the cooked pancake.
