KETO SHEPARD'S PIE
Prep 15 min | Cook 30 / Mins | Serves 6-8 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 onion
- A handful fresh sage chopped up
- 200 ml peas
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 kg mince beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes
METHOD:
- Chop up onion and sage
- Add butter to a wok pan
- Add onion and stir for a minute
- Add mince beef
- Stir for a few minutes then add rest of ingredients
- Add to a oven proof tin
- Pour cauliflower mash on top
- Spread out evenly
- Cook in 190 degrees for 30 minuets
INGREDIENTS: Mash
- 500 g (1 cauliflower)
- 100 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 25 g butter
METHOD:
1. Boil cauliflower until cooked well soft, place in nutri bullet or blender with butter and cheese
2. Blend until smooth
NOTES / TIPS:
- Great to freeze in portion size and bring as a lunch box
