KETO SHEPARD'S PIE  

Prep 15 min  | Cook 30 / Mins  | Serves 6-8 people

INGREDIENTS:

  •  1 onion
  •  A handful fresh sage chopped up
  •  200 ml peas
  •  1 teaspoon pepper
  •  1 teaspoon salt
  •  1 kg mince beef
  •  1/2 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
  •  1 tin crushed tomatoes

 

 METHOD:

  1.  Chop up onion and sage
  2.  Add butter to a wok pan
  3.  Add onion and stir for a minute
  4.  Add mince beef
  5.  Stir for a few minutes then add rest of ingredients
  6.  Add to a oven proof tin
  7.  Pour cauliflower mash on top
  8.  Spread out evenly
  9.  Cook in 190 degrees for 30 minuets

 

 INGREDIENTS: Mash

  •  500 g (1 cauliflower)
  •  100 ml shredded cheddar cheese
  •  25 g butter

 

METHOD:

1. Boil cauliflower until cooked well soft, place in nutri bullet or blender with butter and cheese

2. Blend until smooth

 

NOTES / TIPS:

  •  Great to freeze in portion size and bring as a lunch box
