2 chicken breasts

Two garlic cloves

Sweet and sour sauce

Coconut oil


  • Dice chicken breast.
  • Dice garlic cloves.
  • Add all ingredients into a bowl or container with enough sweet and sour so that half the chicken or the base of the chicken strips are submerged.
  • Leave to marinate over night or at least 2 hours between cooking.
  • Fry in coconut oil until tender and crisp, or to personal preference.
